keep getting calls from this number (so annoying), but don't pick up numbers I don't know

got a call from 559-328-2603 today saying i won a $100 walmart gift card and was charged $2.99 and they said that i would receive a email confirmation but haven't received anything.. just found out its a scam

Recieved several of calls from this number and they just keep hanging up. Its most likely a scam or people just trying to get something out of you. Its so annoying.
