Based on your full and complete description of the call and the fact that there is no other report against this number anywhere that I can find, that leaves fully 100% of the reports saying it's an a&<€=?# scammer.

Yep 6 calls today. One yesterday after I refused to answer 650-458-5498....after I made the mistake of answering that one once and then it repeated 5 time. No message left.
this is a spammer caller. They keep changing their number but it continues! Government does a horrible job of keeping these caller under control. We have reported tirelessly to them we are on the DNC list but they keep calling. Even getting bold enough to put I'd as unassigned number with a number. Someone needs to get these calls from India under control.
