I believe this pone number is being spoofed by a scam concerning winning a lottery. The actual lottery changes with different calls. From the accent of the caller, I would guess the calls are originating somewhere in Africa.
Recieved a call from this number and no one was there or said nothing (silence). I then called back, and the voice accent sounded like the person was from Belese, southern Mexico or Central America. I have a friend from that region and I thought it was him.I asked if it was George, and he said yes it was George. The connection was terrible and could only understand every other 4 words or so. I asked him if he was on a cell phone and he said no.I asked him what he needed and he said he needed to borrow some money til monday to something (unintelligable) I asked him where he was and he said New York and I new It was not my friend from work. I told him I coundn't understand him and hung up, he hasn't called back. I know it wasn't my friend because he was scheduled to work today. so it must be a scam HUH !!!???
