This number is a spoofed number and not valid. Caller ID says "IMC". It's in central California.  Probably a scammer.  Been receiving calls from this number since August 2016 and sometimes they will call everyday; then a gap of one week.  We have been having a lot of people being scammed by 559 area code number. Mostly seniors who has no clue about anything so the 559 area code scammers have since multiplied.  I get at least 3 (559) calls a day and it's nobody I know.
