I recieved a phone call from a local number (559) 400-7782 from Harrisson & Harvey Mediation group. They stated me and my husband took out 9 cash advances in 2010 and we owed a large amount of money. They threatened with legal action, I asked for proof the lady Mrs. Beavers got irate and I hung up. My husband and I were not even married in 2010, but they had his full social security # his old address, place of employment and even said his ex sister in law was our co-signer.
Received the same local call from a "Lori, from The Department Of Legal Aid Servicing." Different name from above comment. She stated she had a pending petition for him, and they are doing 24 hour notice of intent. The national carrier from the Sheriff's department will be at our residence by this Friday, June 12, 2015. He is to call the corporate office handling his case at 844-823-0324. He has been notified! Scam, scam scam! This is the 6th call for my husband this month, stating he will be served and they all have "pending" legal matters against him. All have called from different phone numbers, and all are so nice and courteous to let him know when he will be served! These idiots are SO dumb! My husband has nothing on his credit, has never taken out a pay day loan, and has no outstanding credit card debt. I am so sick of these calls!!
