I was called by them today at 2:49 PM. I let it ring. No message left. Likely spam

Called and I did not answered and they did not leave a message. Before this number called me there was a weird call from someone perdonificating as the police asking to belong a donation . 323 315 0752

Have no clue who or where this call was coming from.  I don't know anyone with a 559 area code.  They did not leave a voice message.  More that likely some kind of SPAM!!!
