I received a phone call from this number; a gal by the name of Linda asked for my "superintendent". I work for a very tiny water company; we don't have a superintendent - we have a Board and two staff members. She pressed for a general manager or who oversees operations and facilities - to which I replied again, that our Board does. I asked her name and she said Linda. I then asked who she was with and she promptly hung up.
