The idiot can't speak English well and was trying to sell some solar energy product. Could have been a scam, too, but I hung up on him after less than a minute.
I receive calls from this number almost daily, I answer and they hang up. I have tried to call them back multiple times and a machine puts me on hold indefinitely.
