It is very upsetting to received phone calls and when I dialed it did not ring. I dialed the number again with area code and the complete phone and again, the phone sounded as if it was ringing and dead silence. I strongly believe this is a scam phone call. I am going to report it to the do not call.gov. These companies, telemarketing, scammers and phising all should heavily fine. They violated my peace and quite. If I wanted to do business with them I certainly would have made the approached to contact them. They have rights to contact my phone without my permission!!! I pay for my phone so my children are able to contact me and NOT STRANGERS OR BUSINESSES I HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!!!

Telemarketer with auto dialer claiming to be a non-profit solar contractor. They started to ask personal questions for "Obama Energy Rate Discounts on Solar". When questions are asked about company/ non-profit they hang-up. The number does not receive calls.
Started as a recording regarding utility (electricity) bill and a 14% increase that will accrue soon, asked if my bill was $150. or more and if so to press 1. I press 1 and was immediately connect to a live person. I hung up.
