I have no idea who it is, come up California call on caller id.  No message left.

Just got a phone call on my CELL from this #.  No reply.  IRRITATING.

No caller ID, probably another irritating solar Co.

Says "Hi this is Josh from customer service, can you hear me ok? (Few second delay) ok..." Then I hang up and block the number. Have had the same call from other numbers. Assuming it's a refinance telemarketer.
