a scammer.  when I get a call from a number, particularly a local, I answer and immediately hang up.  They called back again. I used *67 then the number and the answer was the number was disconnected without a referral.  Creeps working the Fresno Area.  BTW, answering then hanging up immediately has slowed my scammer calls. No doubt from wherever they are calling from and tele number, they're hiding behind the above number.
