Caller ID displays "Moreno Ruben", who resides in Fresno, CA. I don't know anyone by that name or anyone who lives in California, so this is obviously another scammer using a spoofed number. Received 2 calls in less than 24 hours from this number, but the calls stopped when I blocked the number after the first call.
Telemarketer, selling solar something.. I didn't talk long enough but if you ask to be taken off their list or remind them that your on the DNC list they hang up before you finish... I filed a complaint..
Receive calls almost everyday after asking to be removed from their list. Caller who is foreign is trying to sell solar panels, and at 10:04PM East Coast time
