Received email from Steven Johnson stating that I have 2hour's to respond or I would be taken to court by cash advance of America for a payday loan. I don't owe for a loan and I believe this is a scam.
I have gotten email from Steven Johnson, that did not give a "company" name, stating i was going to jail and the phone number 559-462-0989 as at the bottom of the email. I called him and told him he was FOS. I also have emails from Roger Clark from ACE-American Cash Advance, saying the same thing only at first, he wouldn't give me a phone number. actually had the nerve to say they didn't accept payments by phone but must be "reverted" by email. so I told him i didn't make payments by email and told him to call me at a number that will seen be disconnected. he called from 586-482-8672. he was the exact same man from 559-462-0989. I recorded the call. told him nope, i knew this was a scam. Also have emails from Justin Hearn from ACS INCORP with phone number 315-351-0546. spoke with him also. All the exact same man. Accent sounds like it may be Asian.
I was scammed by the same Steven Johnson but when I finally stood up to him they sent me a notification a warrant had been issued but refused to provide verification, have a bogus company name. Now I've been contact by another person saying the same thing!!!
