I just got a phone call from them. They knew my name. Told me I was late on my taxes & Id be arrested. Total scam call. And yes it was a Pakistan or some foreign male voice.
Called today, 1/28/16, at 9:21 AM and left a voice mail message. Very difficult to understand partially due to the accent partially call quality but was essentially the same as the first poster, magistrate, judge, etc. Urged me to cooperate and call back! Caller ID had the number and HANFORD, CA.
