It was a recorded voice message, selling solar panels. I hung up before listening to it all.

Has called my office 4x/day for the last week.  Wish they'd stop.  I don't answer but the distraction of my phone ringing with this number every few hours is aggravating.

I answered and all I heard was background noise and conversations going on. I hung up.
