This caller, identified in the CID readout as "VOIP_CALLER", is a conversational robot calling for donations for police (Scam). You are not talking to a live person. If you try to engage it, it will tell you: "I'm only allowed to answer scripted questions". Scripted. Really? It's fun to mess with it by answering with a question like "what's your cut?", when it asks you a question (stupidly expecting a "scripted" reply). As you start giving it the runaround, it will disconnect. Try it. Same exact outfit calls from 657-202-6806 with CID readout "TELE SENSE". If you need convincing that you're talking to a robot, try calling both numbers one after the other back and forth. You'll get the same BS. You may get a voicemail answer that "the office is closed now". Try again later, you'll get the robot.
