VOIP left no message

Answering machine picked up, guy said hello twice and then hung up. No message.

VOIP.
Nothing.   We just got the same type of phone call.  I blocked with our CPR.

This number called early evening. They hung up after hearing almost all of my screening message.
Left no message for me, obviously. Very tired of these calls.
