I just got a call from this number, too. They didn't leave a message. Caller area code is in Fresno and I'm nowhere near there. Can't identify this number, but there are complaints about a number that is very close to it.
Caller ID says Fresno CA. Was a man identifying himself as a paid fundraiser for some police thing. Fast talking person, saying they were going to send me something and could they count on my help. Insistent person even after saying no several times.
