Just received a call from 559-473-2653. It was a man asking for a donation for Police Safety. I asked him which Dept and he told me Fresno. I told him That I had just retired from Fresno Co Sheriff's Office and he hung up on me. The number is blocked. What an A whole.
Charity scam for "police officer safety." Called back several times, went through a bogus recorded message, then got put through to an associate. Kept getting the same guy, which probably indicates it's a small set-up. Blocked.
