this number comes back to Palasades Collections in Fresno, and they did not leave a message either, some foreign sounding dude talked with my husband, then I called and told them they had the wrong number.

Caller left no message on answering machine.  I blocked the area code with my Digitone call blocker.

Called my cell, I didn't answer, no message left.

Calling my grandmother trying to get money these folks are scam
