This is the Check Cashing Store- aka Money Mart. If you took out a payday loan that wasn't paid back either in full, or on time (I was in the hospital), they'll call at least 15-20 times a day. They'll enlist other companies to call as well, which call just as many times a day. The only company you should respond to is the Check Cashing Store (or Money Mart). The other scumbag companies won't tell you who they are, why they're calling, and will threaten you constantly.
I've made arrangements to pay back my loan; I was simply hospitalized when it came due. I've explained this to the Check Cashing Store, and they're fine with it. However, the scumbag collectors FOR them are ruthless, law violating, and simply evil.
