keeps calling asking for Anthony Robinson, uses different phone numbers, I have asked him to quit calling, calls several times per day, very annoying

This # called me.  A woman saying "hello" but seemed to not hear me.  ..and in background was a "foreign man giving a sales pitch of some kind".   I did a *69 and got the # and called back.  It went to a recording saying if I wanted to accept the offer press 1 and if I wanted to be put on a "do no call again list" press 2.   I pressed 2 and hung up.   There was no recording Before the above message.
