This called me up, since the caller (guy) can not be heard clearly, i asked what company's was he trying to reach, and he started saying bad words. When I tried calling the number since we have caller ID, at first there was a voice prompt that the number I was trying to reach was toll free number, i tried calling again, and no one answers.
