1-559-515-8713, 559-515-8925. Russian and Indian accent. Laughing in background. Tried to make an order and gave me a fake CC number and address. Told them we did a trace on their number and the cops will be there soon.
Just had the exact same thing happen to me. phone# 559-515-8002 told me his name was Andrew Green, I asked if that was his REAL name as he had an obvious accent (not American) I asked for his supervisors name he said John, I asked for his last name he said Carter. All I could was laugh and say yeah, right! I asked for his supers # he said it was 1-855-832-0110 and how convenient that this number is not in service! I also called the # he called me on and that recording says that number is NOT associated with any specific person and that I should report this to the police. He said he was from TC Tech that was hired through Microsoft and that I was being hacked and he wanted me to go to Supermo website so that he could remote into my computer and show me. So I read him the warning that popped upon that website stating that Microsoft DOES NOT call people and to NOT let anyone unknown to me gain access to my computer. That if I was receiving a call it was a fraudster. (is that even a word??) I said this message is telling me exactly the opposite to do what you are asking me to do. Luckily there was a very bad connection and I couldn't understand a word he was saying. He hung up then called me back. Told him I'm still not letting him remote into my computer! He then hung up and hasn't called back yet.
Unbelievable! Just got a call from this number after midnight! Caller ID says Fresno, CA. No response, then hung up. Followed up immediately by a call from 702-913-1383 (Las Vegas, NV) with the same results!
I also work in a call center and received lewd prank calls from 559-515-8239 and 559-515-8791. Both calls came from the same person ("Tom" sounded like he was possibly from the midwest, but did not have any ethnic or regional accent) and while the first call was "innocent" enough (requesting to buy a "[***]" from a sporting goods store for his mom), the second was not so "innocent". That second call included trying to get me to give my opinion on how the items he wanted to buy would work in a sexual manner (his language started to become vulgar at that point), asking me for my phone number and work location, and when I wouldn't reveal that information he started using vulgar language including ones that were "name calling" and what he would have done to me if I'd been "nicer". He finally hung up when I asked him to stop using vulgar language or I would release the call (twice!). I asked my supervisor about it and was told to forget about it since it was a prank call (I went through my calls and pulled them both up on the internet and found these reports about the numbers)
please do not fall for this scam!!! These [***] will take your money. Indian Scumbags. 630-653-9660 or 855832-0110 and claim to be from PCTECH. They will hold your data hostage. Do not fall for their extortion.
