This is CSS; they are trying to sell you solar power. They call every day and never leave a message. I called them back and got a recording that said that if you want to be removed from their list, leave your number. I did; we'll see
I have asked to have my name removed from their list more than once. Calls may stop for a month, then they stat up again. They still call every day, but I let my answering machine pick up.
