I initially received an email from Rev. Gary Casper requesting 500 banners.No communication for nearly 3 months. Then another email asking to contact freight company and pay for shipping and they reimburse us. Called on 7/11/17 requesting we pay the $4000 shipping... and us to take a credit card from them.
