Called and left message re: loan app to clear debt. Machine voice of someone from India or some place like that. Don't have any debt or haven't applied for loan.
California number, loan solicitor. I left a message on my VM 'I DO NOT WANT A LOAN. Remove me from the call list.' This asian [***] left a voice message telling me '[***] off [***] off [***] off' I called back & left message for him to [***] off - he called back, I answered this time & again he used curse words. I'm calling cops next harrassed call.
This loan solicitor told me to [***] off 4x in my voice mail because I stated I do not want a loan & remove me from their list. Called a 2nd time I answered because I have caller ID & he cursed again in his broke Asian accent. I want to call the cops for harrassment.
Getting same type of message, However getting numerous calls from all over the United States from people with thick eastern Indian accents. Same type saying I applied for a loan and got approved for 10,000 dollars. Over the last two weeks, like I said earlier received 15 different calls from 15 different numbers with same Loan information. Does not do any good to call local law enforcement since they are using a GHOST number. There is no way to track it down and the local D.A. Will not prosecute. I contacted the FBI and was refered to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION where I filed the complaint. Anyone receiving this type of call needs to do the same.
