This number, along with 559-558-5756, belongs to DCI, Diversified Consultants Inc. --- one of the worst debt collectors out there. They don't care a twit if the debt is yours or not! CID is Unassigned (I called back to learn their identity). I believe they own the 559-558-xxxx bank of numbers --- or 549-558-5xxx --- so I blocked the whole range.
