I get calls from this number - no message - and usually when I'm already on the phone with someone.  I call back and get the message "number is disconnected and no longer in service".  How can a number like this keep calling and harassing people.  I live in Fresno and there are more haters here than anyplace I've ever lived.  Most are anti_white and think that is one reason I keep getting harassed - not only by phone but people banging on my door.
