got a call from this number which is located on E. Tulare street in Dinuba, CA. Listed as a landline and seems to originate in a bank - Bank of Sierra. Calling us on a Sunday afternoon????? I think something is very fishy here. Have no business whatsoever in Dinuba and this is very troubling. Many criminals live in this small ag town.
