Left message to add them on Yahoo IM

This number texted me and asked me to add them to my Yahoo messenger...of course I didn't.  When i texted back and asked how they knew me, they replied "sorry i have no reception :( "

Got a text yesterday from this number:  "hi  :-P" - no response when I asked who sent the text.

That's exactly what I got from them too

Got a text saying "Heyy !!" I texted back asking who they were they said ";) a.dd me on y.a.h.0.0. IM .. ID is kyliegirl302" I asked how they got my number they said they had no reception. How do we block these texts?
