Who called from 5596863971

Scam call no message left, call from a Tulare, ca landline.  Per whitpages fraud, number listed as"high" for spam.

Called early Sunday morning 9/18. Solicitor. Spam

My other calls from pre-fix number 686 have been from robo dialers looking for active numbers to pass to telemarketers.  This number has an 80% negative rating.

This is a local number for me, and is similar to a friend's landline, so I answered.  Woman said she was with American Renovation Center.  Told her I am on the do not call list and not interested.
