I got a call on 1/28/2015 at 9:55 am from 1-559-717-4136 from a young woman that said her name was Eliza from National Auto Warranty Division. Eliza was trying to sell to us extended warranty on our vehicle for $3,092.oo for + 3 yrs +36,ooo miles. I informed Eliza that that was alot of money for me at the moment, that i would have to consider it, and if there was a phone number i could return call to.
Eliza asked if i could hold on a moment, i waited for a few seconds and Jason claiming to be the manager came on the phone telling me that my warranty on my car would be canceled today if i did not pay them money. I got mad and started swearing when Jason said that i had to pay money now, that i had no time to think about it and that i could not talk to my partner about making the decision to continue the warranty. I tried to apologize for losing my temper, i have a bad tooth that is really throbbing, at which point Jason said that my apology was neither wanted or appreciated. I told him at that point that i was insulted with his lack compassion for a human being in pain and to have a good day, Sir ! Are these people who they claim to be? The need of urgency arouses suspicion.
