I've been a call from this number for WEEKS and every time I answer there is no one on the other line...today I waited for 20 seconds to find out who it was and what they want and it just hung up. I tried to call back and it says "I'm sorry, extension 500 is unavailable. Please leave your message at the tone."
This is a call center. On Sep 19 2012, the CSR called me on behalf of Premier Healthcare. When I replied that I already purchased health insurance from a different company, she hung up on me. Someone desperately needs phone training!
