Called my landline.  Caller ID read "ADVPHNE".  I have no idea who that is.  Didn't answer.

Caller ID read 559-791-8372. Did not answer. No message left. Appears to be CA number. The number called is in MA.

called and asked about back pain- unsolicited call - I have call blocking which doesn't work!!!!!!

Received a call this morning from Porterville, CA asking me about my back and knee pain. They had my full name and address!!! Where do they get this from?

Yeah, I just got a call from the same number 559-791-8372 Porterville, Calif.
I reside in New York City
Some guy said he was from  he was from "something" Orthopedics
He knew my name and asked about knee pain and back pain
then said you have arthritis right ?
My response was:
Who are you and where did you obtain this erroneous medical information.
He said :
A doctor must have called me in "as a consultant" on my case
~ ~ ~  that is garbage: I do not have "a case"
I asked again:
Where did YOU get ANY medical info on me  !
He hung up
I called back the number
A recording said the number was not in service
This is ALL WRONG
If anyone giving out personal medical info can and SHOULD be sued
due to STRICT rules on medical privacy.
He appears to be fishing for someone in pain

In short: SMELLS like a SCAM
