Got a weird call from this number as weel. Told me I took out 3 loans from Advanced Loans. When I explained that they had the wrong peson, he said he was sending the police to my job with papers and telling my employer what "I had done". I got really angry because he wouldnt listen. He kept tellimg me what was going to happen to me. He had a heavy accent and would not give the phone to someone who spoke english, like I asked several times!
Never called me back, but I will be filing a complain!

Caller goes by the name of Peter Parker this is a case of blatant attempted ID Theft. Individual claims to have information about a pending law suite and requires a call back to get additional information so he can Fax documents to your Attorney. When you return the call their is only voice mail stating to leave a message for the person at extension 7263471.
I was also contacted by this person. After numerous attempts however, to get his name, he never did give it to me. Unfortunately, he had my social, my dob, bank account number and address. When asked what court this documentation was filed (I am a legal assistant), he indicated it was filed with the United States District Court. When asked what location it was filed at, he indicated in the United States. When pushed further after I advised him that when a lawsuit is filed in a court, it is taken to a physical building with a number on it, he indicated something would be mailed to me within three business days.
He attempted to settle this so called debt with me and asked if I wanted to settle this dispute for $950 when he had indicated I was being sued for almost $6,000. He asked if I had the money, when I told him I did, he got very excited. Once I told him however, that I would not be paying him anything until I got documentation, he told me 3 business days and hung up.
At that point, I called my bank and put a freeze on my account, as he obviously had my bank account number. I am in the proceess of contacting the credit bureaus as well as they also have my social security number.
Please dont give these people any information ESPECIALLY your money!!
Just got a call from this number identifying themselves as Instant Cash. Heavy foreign accent. Had some relevant information and some very sketchy. Said that I received 300.00 from them many months ago and that 800.00 must be paid immediately or I would be in court in California. I have never borrowed any money from any business such as this. Threatened many different criminal charges.
Blatant Fraud!
I just received a call from this number. Very heavy accent. He stated his name was Daniel. He also threatened to have me arrested, had all my information including ss# and my friends information, my friends information. How does this happen? I have never borrowed money and they also had the name of my place of employment. When I asked to speak to someone with no accent, he blatantly said no. How can someone just call you like this threaten you, tell you that your friends(giving me their names and information) have to go bail you out? how can people be so evil??? I am about to have a panic attack. If it weren't for my son looking up the number I would have gotten even sicker than what I fell now. I have called the police dept and will be filing a report......
Wendy, he told me the same thing. That I would need over $5500 to get me bailed out of jail. The scary thing is that he had my family's information too. What do you do in these types of cases??? I am so scared.....
