Received a call from this number @ 14:00 on 1/09/2014. Man with heavy accent, possibly Asian, said he was calling my wife from the U.S. Treasury Dept. The call was from Hartford, CA. I told the man I did not believe him and that his call was a scam. he said the U.S. Marshalls were coming to my house...yadda, yadda. I again told him he was a scammer and a poor one at that and ended the call. I then blocked the number with my phone tray program and my interceptor ID. later I called him back and sure enough it was from a "magic jack" number...idiots. FTC notified.
