These people called me stating that I have a lawsuit against me and was going to go to jail if I did not call them by 5pm two days ago and pay them money that I supposedly owed them. Still haven't seen them. It is a total scam. They alos used several names like Justin Davis, Michael, James Anderson, James Thompson. Another number that is a scam 8185616634. Another legal name that they use is Anderson Legal Services. I am so sick of these calling me I fell for it once but not again!!!!!!!
I have received many calls from this debt collector. They call me at work and harass me daily. They are now threatening to come to my place of employment and arrest me. Has anyone been able to get an address for these monsters? They need to be stopped.
I just recently received a phone call from my mother stating that some guy has left a message on her home voicemail that he was looking for me and that I would be looking to face jail time for a unpaid loan. He also stated that he was going to call my place of employement and that he would be sending something in the mail. He told me that i owed $5,800 for a $500 loan that i had deposited into my checking account. He gave me my ss number, and bank name and home address. I asked him where he was calling from and he stated that he was from Cash Advance USA. I asked him to give me the name of the company he worked for and he could not. He said his name was Scott Atkins and Craig Miller he will pretend to transfer you and its the same person on the line. He then proceeded to ask did I have a lawyer or one will be appointed to me and that I would have to go before a judge in California. I also got a family member to call the number back once I got home and she began to ask him questions and he went off and hung up the phone on her. We called back and it went to a voice box stating it was full. We called back again and we ask to speak to the lawyer at his firm and he hung up. We asked him how to spell his company name and he hung up and got very angry stating that he had already given it to me four times. I was scared out of my mind when he called me, I told him I would get back with him tomorrow and he said you dont have time. I called a family friend who works in law in he stated that it sounded like a SCAM!!!!! I even googled the phone number and it came up a landline and then called 411 to get the address and nothing came up. I will be contacting FBI, Local police, Credit Bureau, and my bank first thing. God does not like ugly and they will reap what they sew. Please Be Careful People. By the way the man was of Indian descent and seems very nice at first.
yes these are crooks don't give them anymore info they got from the scam payday loan fake websites all of them are bs and not legit they just phising for your bank and info to scam you this is absolute fraud marketing at its best scott atkins character is the devil and david jones a foreign fat lying sob curses you and makes up lies and when you call back claims you-re the one harassing him lolllllll,
my mistake was filling out the payday loan info from what looked like legit sites but they-re not, i have a fraud alert on my credit report so they can't open zip, what i think they really want is your credit card number, a bank account and routing # for ach won't work on their end it would be traced to them and their fraud bank account but a credit card # they can go to town on you, i think thats what they-re doing making up lies about payday loans you never took out this is an elaborate scam report them to the authorities asap,
you don't owe any money and if there is a payday loan you did not take out its identity theft which they-re apart of, this is awful they try to scam you out of money you never received, once i got a 100 payday loan emails for filling out the bs scam website thats when i knew they were not really payday loan companies they have my info which i am mad at myself for giving out, but let them try to charge me with a felony as they claim for not paying back a payday loan i never received they fraudulently opened and now claim i owe what a sick scheme this evil indian man belongs under the jail he cursed me and said awful things to me i hope the authorities catch him and give him life!
This guy just called me and was trying to get information of me saying that there is a law suit agenst me in CA, even know i have not been there since i just got out of the military in Germany.
