Called - went to message machine - no message but stayed on line and then heard a hang up.  Sanger, CA number and unlisted - suspect foul play.

559-875-1963 is a troubling number.It shows in one place as npnr.org out of Sanger, CA. It's serviced by VERIZON CALIFORNIA INC.-CA. It is NOT NPR.ORG. I think its a slimy sammr. Lookup shows number register to 2 other parties as well.  Block them, Report them, ignore them.
