Have no idea who this is - they don't leave a message

I received a call from this number, called back and the recording said that I was either an existing customer with one of their clients or I requested information online.  I listened to the end of the message and there is an option to be removed from their call list. You must put in your phone number to be removed within 48 hours.  Not sure if I trust that will actually happen.............

calls usually at dinnertime never leaves a message 559943111. I always reject by message with my smartphone.  most likely a telemarketer...........
