This is a scam for "Windows Security" they try to tell you that you downloaded a virus and you have to enter some commands to remove it from your system. DO NOT listen and do NOT do what they ask. Hang up they are NOT Windows or Microsoft. Those companies only call you when you issue a 'problem ticket'.
