Guy called - wanted to talk to Building Maintenance - told him our landlord handled that, he wanted their number so he could schedule a call out - when I questioned him further, he hung up. Gotta love those scammers!
Said he was Austin with Johnson and needed a part number. But mentioned he needed to speak to the person in charge of building maintenance. He didn't want to leave a message. Caller ID says Customer Service. Fishy...
Just got a call from "Frank" with National Electric who needed a part number for the light bulbs we ordered. We assured him that we did not order any lightbulbs and he hung up on us. It appears that this company may have followed in the footsteps of the newest companies that sell toner/ink for printers and copiers. Be very aware of the newest sales scam so that you don't end up with invoices for toners or lightbulbs that you didnt order. At Melanie, if you return the call to the number you get a recording that says Customer Service, leave your company name, telephone number and invoice no. Fishy times 2.
Beware of anyone calling from 561-200-2140. We received a call from "Frank" with National Electric. He asked to talk to someone in our Maintenance area. When he was told he would have to leave a message he called our Receptionist a [***].
This guy has to be a sorry 80 pound wimp of an [***] to have to hide behind a phone to try to act tought. If you see this number pop up don't waste your time, just hit the drop button.
Calls Rings Up as "Customer Service"
WOW - Talk about RUDE...they called the company I work for our receptionist is great at screening calls and she knew not to put this caller thru...when she refused on the 4th or 5th call he called her a "[***] [***]" When he called again I answered the line and he said to me " Joe NOW" What great customer service huh?
No reason for someone to be that rude.
