It's the newest number for the IRS Scam phone call.

received numerous phone calls from issuing an arrest warrant

I have a voice message and three other calls about an arrest warrant from the IRS

call from someone that doesn't speak English that well saying I have an arrest warrant and my address is under Federal Investigation.

I received a voice mail saying that it was from IRS, broken english, saying that I was under investigation and to call them immediately...TODAY.  I put the number into Google search and this site came up.  This is a warning to others who may get this call.  Unfortunately, from what I have read, these are not traceable, may be off shore and these "scammers" change their numbers regularly.
