Recording from "Heather" (the former lower your interest rates idiot) who is now calling about car warranties renewals with the same narrative (this your final notice, etc.). SCAM!

Called 3 times in 1 minute. No message.

I do NOT take telemarketing calls on my cell phone. This is one who doesn't seem to get the message.

I did not answer.  No message left.
