I had already blocked 561-229-1002 but they continue to call trying to trick my blocker, Yesterday it was from West Palm Beach,FL and Today it's from BIZFINANCINGGROUP.
This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call list in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered and still further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They refuse to provide a phone number or physical address, yet further violating the TCPA. Their recording states that the victim has been qualified for an unsecured, discount, guaranteed loan, but this is obviously a scam as the operator has no information about the victim and needs to get prequalification information before they will turn the victim over to a qualifier to complete the scam. No legitimate financial institution would market or solicit business in this way. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
