This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call list in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further violate it by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. Their recording, from "Kelly" this time, claims that they have a special program that is fully automated and guarantees a six figure income with no work on the part of the victim of the call. This is clearly a MLM or Pyramid Scam, as they never mention the product or products in their entire sales pitch - just that 8 out of 10 will join and make six figures a year. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
I think THIS IS A NETWORK BOCA RATON AND MIAMI. Claim that are the Microsoft Subcontractor I paid them......... and next day they make this same.... treten me again..
