This so-called company is the most SADIST collection agency I have ever dealt with. There are better ways to do things. I would assume a collection agency would know how to act as professional, but apparently, they do not. There acts includes harassment, rudeness, and TRYING to be intimidating. This person, whom ever he may be, thought that by talking to me any kind of way would get me to do what he wanted, which did not sit well with me. So, i told him some things that made him think twice, if he decides to call me again. I made it known to him, i CAN NOT make payments on an item, when the business, that was here, no longer exist. There business is no lo0nger there, neither is the building. So where the hell am i suppose to send a payment to. He wanted me to return the item to a person, who has NOTHING to do with the leasing to own of this item. Knowing that, if ANYTHING happens to this item, it all falls on me. Which he replied, I UNDERSTAND THAT. U F-ing idiot. Then why would i return something to someone, i DID NOT get it from. I assumed he thought it was going to be easy, because i am a woman. NOOOOO ! I have two kids, a husband, a dog, bills and a little time for self on my hands. Getting rude, nasty, and with an ugly manner with me only makes it harder on you. I am MORE than willing to make pay arraignments, with a legit address. But i can, and i will do without the rude, and unnecessary remarks of any person. There is a way to handle business in a professional manner. And what he did, was NOT it.
Erwin W. Wolf is an A$$. Hecalled our company 3 times soliciting his company's services. We kindly said no the first time and would not accept no. The second time he called wanting to know why we hung up on him. The third time he wrote an unsolicited fax to us which we will report.
