A similar number, ending in 1203, just called asking for an employee who no longer works here. Again, also somehow had his extension. When I asked what it was regarding, he snapped at me and said "Well, its a confidential matter, MAM. So can you just connect me" Excuse me? I said "No, I can't, because he no longer works here". Shut him up and transferred him to a voicemail.
