I consider this call a threat and scare tactic.  Caller ID said from Florida.  They left what sounded like a recorded voice message - couldn't hear the first part and other parts were unintelligible as well ..."avoid a grand jury for a federal criminal offense ... before this goes to federal court house or arrested....  Call us @.....hope to hear from you before charges are pressed against you.
This is a bogus call and I've blocked all future attempts
