Received a call from this number. Person (male) stated that they were "legitimate" agents of the IRS, that I was delinquent on my taxes and needed to call back immediately to resolve this matter before garnishment/bank levies. Google the number and came up with this site that indicates call originated from Florida (Boca Raton???)

Basically an IRS-related scam. Some private company is going around trying to scare people into sighing up for their tax preparation or representation business. Ignore the calls and block them. If you need assistance in dealing with the IRS use only a local CPA or Enrolled Agent with some sort of brick and mortar presences. Do not sign up with these people, do not give them any sensitive information about your taxes. They do not ID themselves if you call that number.
